Product Description:

The technical reinterpretation of one of the great classics of Roman cuisine. An intense, creamy, and perfectly balanced cream, with distinct notes of Pecorino cheese and black pepper, designed to ensure stability and perfect emulsification even in the busiest services.

Instant powder preparation for Cacio e Pepe sauce, made with Pecorino Romano PDO and selected natural ingredients. Just add hot water and extra virgin olive oil to create a creamy and fragrant sauce. Perfect for pasta, risotto, fillings, and gourmet dishes.

Preparation:

Cook the pasta and toss in the sauce as shown below:

  1. Separately, mix 25g of the Cacio e Pepe preparation with 50/75g of hot water and 10g of fresh Pecorino (optional). Emulsify with a whisk. Dosage for seasoning 100/125g of pasta or one pizza.
  2. Add the sauce to the pasta, remove from heat and mix.
  3. Finally, sprinkle with grated Pecorino Romano PDO.
  4. Package weight: 500g = 20 servings
