Ingredients

Green tomatoes, peppers, wine vinegar (SULPHITES), onion, extra virgin olive oil, white wine (SULPHITES), gurnard, Adriatic mantis shrimp pulp, maltodextrin, sugar, black pepper.


Preparation Instructions

Ingredients for 3 people

  • 50 g lyophilized base
  • 200 g water
  • 50 g extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and vinegar to taste
  • 500/600 g mixed fish

Preparation:

  1. Dissolve the lyophilized base in water.
  2. Add extra virgin olive oil, salt, and vinegar to taste.
  3. Add fresh fish and cook over medium heat.
  4. Cook for the first 10 minutes with the lid on.
  5. Uncover and finish cooking.

If using cuttlefish, it is recommended to blanch them beforehand to make them more tender.
