Pesto with Basil and Pecorino Romano PDO

Product Description:

Instant powder mix for Basil Pesto, made with Italian basil, Pecorino Romano PDO and selected natural ingredients.
Just add hot water and extra virgin olive oil to create a creamy and fragrant sauce.
Perfect for pasta, risottos, fillings and gourmet dishes.

Preparation:

Cook the pasta and toss it in the sauce as shown below:

1. Separately, mix 10 g of basil pesto powder with 35 g of hot water and 25 g of EVO oil. Emulsify with a whisk. This dosage is for seasoning 100/125 g of pasta or one pizza.
2. Add the sauce to the pasta, remove from heat and stir.
3. Finally sprinkle with grated Pecorino Romano PDO.
